Pregnant during period

I started my period on the 5th which was at its strongest on the 6th/7th and has been mainly spotting since with some clumps (sorry TMI)

I was feeling a little odd and was getting a strange feeling in my hips and lower tummy/uterus. Similar to period but not painful at all just a weird sensation.

So out of curiosity I did a pregnancy strip test and there was a faint line.

Today I did another along with a first response and clear blue digital all confirming that I’m positive but I’m still technically on my period.

Did anyone have this that still stayed pregnant?

Am worried I’m currently miscarrying.
