What's going on?

I came off birth control (Cerelle) on the 26th of December.

Lately I've been feeling very nauseas, and having hot flushes along with cramps every now and again. My sex drive has also been through the roof.

On the 31st of December I had blood once when I wiped. No signs of blood since. But I seem to have more than usual discharge.

I've also been having back pains.

Is this my body adjusting without the pill or could we possibly be pregnant?

I've been tracking my ovulation the past few days too, not sure if I'm getting close to ovulation or not yet.

I did take a pregnancy test strip and it looked negative but it wasn't fmu and I also drank a lot of water.

We're wanting to try for a baby btw so we've been having unprotected sex.
