Cramps

I’ve been cramping for a couple days now. Normally my AF cramping doesn’t start until a week before the expected day. I’ve also been nauseated. Do any of you experience that this early? I’m not sure when I Ovulated, or if I did. I took a opk 1/1 it was negative and I took another 1/6 it was also negative. I wasn’t trying to track this month I just used the last two just finish the box. I didn’t like the thought of obsessing to pee on a stick so I stopped doing that after the first month of using them. (No offense to others that like to use them). I’ve already been tested for Covid, so it’s not that, this just isn’t like my body.
