Stroller suggestions

I am looking for something not super bulky, a travel system ideally, and I really like the bassinet attachment. I’m not interested in any models that aren’t snap on models. My sister has the uppababy and as great as it is, I cannot fathom paying that much for a damn stroller. I was looking at the Evenflo pivot travel system and I like it except for 2 things: 1. The bassinet doesn’t function outside of the stroller (if it set it on the ground, it collapses) and 2. I felt the car seat was a bit heavy. I LOVED the size of it, though. Does anyone know of any 3-in-1 strollers with a functioning bassinet that is not crazy expensive, not heavy, and not bulky?
