33 weeks and swollen vagina

So I’m 33 weeks and my whole vagina is swollen and I’m not just talking about the outside I’m talking about the inside looks like one big purple bumpy vein sorry tmi even when I walk it rubs and it’s soooo uncomfortable it’s been like it for a few months now worse when I’m standing all the time I had a swollen vagina when I had my first but the inside wasn’t did anyone else have this and did it go back down after bubs I’m scared I’m going to have this alien looking thing in the inside it’s like 2 the size now 😂😂😂
