Contact my doctor or wait?

I’m 6w and 2d based on the apps I have in my first pregnancy, my first appointment isn’t until the 28th (two weeks away). Over the past three days I’ve had pretty intense back pain, I called my doctors care team about it and got two different answers. One saying it’s normal because everything is shifting, another saying I’m to early for the pain to be from pregnancy. Last night I had the LBP along with light down tinged discharge and slight cramping in the lower abdominal area. Do I need to call my doctor? I’m so scared of first trimester, I know so many people who have miscarried and I think I’m super observant of everything because of it.
