If you wrapped your belly postpartum, what did you use?

Trying to find the best options. I know of girdles, waist trainers, bengkung binding, girdle type underwear, actual postpartum wraps, etc. I just don’t know what to choose or what could work best. Curious about anyone else’s experience

Im not PP yet but I’ve been told compression garments like compression undies that are high waisted are the best to use. Something that supports from bottom up. Waist trainers especially ones with Velcro are often connected to pelvic floor prolapse (think like squeezing a toothpaste tube in the middle). Gentle mid waist compression garments can be used later on in recovery but not at the beginning when things are returning to their right positions and healing up
