Help early bleeding

Hi!

I had what I thought was my period for 3 days, medium-light bleeding , plus 3 days of spotting. I am breastfeeding my 14 month old and I have no idea when I ovulated.

That was 10 days ago. Today I did a pregnancy test just because my ovulation test was so positive! And the pregnancy test was very positive.

I know there are low chances that the pregnancy is still there. I am thinking I have miscarried.

I did phone the doctor and I am waiting for the scan to confirm, in 5 days time.

Please, did anyone have some similar bleeding for a couple of days and had a normal and healthy pregnancy?
