I need some advice y’all. So I’m getting induced Feb 1st, and for the past few weeks I’ve been getting more and more worried about delivery. Can any of y’all relate/give me advice to calm my nerves. My stupid self has been looking up complications during delivery, and I watched the movie Fatherhood, and ever since I’ve been extremely worried.

Hey!!! Try to stay away from anything that may trigger your nervousness about delivery. If you start to feel anxious about it do some meditation. I can definitely relate, I have a blood disorder and had my consult with anesthesia today I felt so overwhelmed and scared. So I sat on exercise ball and meditated and did some exercises, kept myself distracted.

Yeah I seen that movie fatherhood but it’s very very rare. Your body will do what it needs to do. Idk if you believe in prayer but pray and hope for the best. Watch videos that can help with having an easier labor and giving birth. Make sure you have the support you want there around you and practice meditation or some quality time with love ones to help you feel good. You’re bringing a baby into this world and you made it this far, you got along way to go. Goodluck 💜

Oh man stop looking up complications!  It’s more likely that everything will be fine and you don’t need all that negative stuff on your mind. I’ve had 4 easy labors with no complications. Think happy thoughts!
