help me please

So, I am on nexplanon and have been for about 4 years now. I have tested twice and gotten negatives. My nipples are kinda sore and my boobs are a bit more veiny & i think bigger (not much) than usual but not to a point where you can see veins if you’re not looking hard. And I am not having any other symptoms of pregnancy I am just psyching myself out because my period is irregular and my boobs haven’t grown in a while.

I am just riddled with anxiety and I don’t want kids. Is this a normal thing for hormones to make this possible? Has anyone else on nexplanon experienced this?
