Blood cells in cervix

Hi Ladies

I had my fourth baby 4 months a go. In my last pregnancy my midwife said I have some blood cells outside of my cervix which causes spotting.

When baby born I forgot all about it. Today i noticed that I have a lots of discharge mixed with spotting it’s clear but ticks with a bit of blood (usually brown old blood in discharge but also a bit of pink blood on my liners). I finished my period few days ago so it’s spotting between periods.

I googled my symptoms and saw all about cervix cancer I’m terrified. The last time I did my smear test was in 2019 and it was negative.

What could be the reason of spotting between periods and having a lots of discharge?
