Breastfeeding and Menstrual Cycle
I’m new to breastfeeding. Baby girl is 3 months (nurses about every 2 to 3 hrs) and weirdly I’ve already had my first menstrual cycle. I’m saying weirdly because I’ve heard women say they didn’t get a period while breastfeeding or if they did it was when baby started eating more solid foods and needing less milk. Is this weird ? Has anyone experienced a period this early while breastfeeding?
Also I am not on any form of contraceptive*
