Cyst symptoms ?

How did you guys know you had ovarian cyst? Symptoms wise. TIA :)

I had no idea I had it until I had an transvaginal ultrasound. My doctor was going to try and do surgery to remove it but I got pregnant. They said it should be fine and they will look at it when I get my next ultrasound.

Out of nowhere I started having random sharp pains in my pelvis that over 2-3 days got worse to the point I could barely walk/stand up. Had a 10 by 13cm (massive!) dermoid  cyst on my left ovary detected by ultrasound. Had no idea it was there until the pain. Was surgically removed

I had ultrasound which showed “complex cyst” turned out to be an Endometrioma I had to have surgically removed from my Endometriosis. I was in so much pain, I couldn’t walk or stand at times. & then anytime I had a bowel movement it like paralyzed me. I knew something was not right and sure enough I was right! Since then I’m always able to determine when I have another Endometrioma.

I thought my appendix bust because I had severe pain, went to the ER and they confirmed it was a ruptured cyst. They found it with a dye test. 
Years later a chocolate cyst was found on an ultrasound and removed with laparoscopic exploratory surgery.
