First symptoms of pregnancy

Hi ladies, it's my first time trying for a baby and I feel like every single thing I feel now, I think it's my pregnancy. Like if I feel a pinch in my stomach I'd immediately think it's pregnancy. My head is dizzy today as well, and again I'm thinking it might be pregnancy. It's been a week since my period ended, I might not even be pregnant yet, but my brain makes me think I am. 😂 I'm not getting my hopes up, but still would like to know what you guys went through.

So please help 😭 tell me how early did you understand that you were pregnant and what were the symptoms? Did you feel your body changing after a week or a month??
