What the heck is going on?

I had a miscarriage in June of 21. We did a medicated cycle in October, November and December. I had a period on December 22-26. I went on birth control pills after that as we are in our forties and decided enough was enough- we were done trying. I wake up this morning and my breasts are so sore. I should start my period today but I thought what the heck- I’m going to take a test. 😳😳😳😳 I am completely shocked.
