How do i stop neck scarring and acne ?!

I’ve been feeling with this for a few years but it’s never been this bad. It’s now to the point i have to shave here as well. I think the shaving makes it worse and it seems like it could be a mixture of ingrown. but i’ve tried cetaphil and african black soap but nothing is working. Any ideas or suggestions to help make the bumps go away as well as the scars??

What comes in contact with our skin, soaps, lotions, detergent, pillowcases and sheets, make up, what you use to apply to make up, your diet, lack of hydration, high sugar, sodium, perfumes, the level of inflammation in the foods that you eat, Sweat, have you visited a dermatologist, you could be having a reaction to something you are eating, soy, gluten, caramel coloring, wheat, dairy, etc. maybe you need to get an allergy test, or see if Dr can recommend something for you￼
