Do I give toddler Tylenol during day with fever?

My LO is 2 , she has a mild fever of 100.04 , do I give her Tylenol during the day or only before bed? She has no other symptoms.

I usually don’t give medications for a fever to be honest. The fever has a job to do. 
Unless my child is obviously very uncomfortable. But by giving medication, you can actually prolong the fever.

That low of a fever doesn’t warrant medicine. Only give if babe is feeling absolutely miserable.
Low fevers are good for the body and are best left to run it’s course.
I don’t give meds unless fever is over 101 usually closer to 102. 
So just monitor and if you feel it’s needed, then before bed.

That is ONLY a low grade fever and no need for meds at 100.4. Just monitor it.

You can give Tylenol any time of the day, it doesn’t cause drowsiness. Follow the package directions.

You can give Tylenol any time of day just make sure you're following correct dosage and time frame between doses. Motrin tends to work better and lost longer but can alternate between the two every four hours. I don't give medine when the fever is only 100.4 unless she's not acting herself. Fevers in general are not a bad thing. It's more important to pay attention to how they are acting than the temp unless it gets too high
