Legal Advice, disability, jumping at school
Hello ladies,
I am remaining anonymous for legal reasons but I’m in dire need of support. My sister: 109 lbs, (legal) has autism, ptsd, and multiple other behavior disorders was recently jumped by 5 minors, all bigger than her. For back story, my sister has been having trouble with a boy at school, he stands outside of the building, locks girls in, and turns off the lights. He stands there waiting all lunch. She confronted him several times, has multiple files on this, but the school never solved it. The boy remained there, even after the situation took place. One day, during lunch, my sister questioned the boy again, she went on her way and the. at lunch time was brutally attacked by girls. They cornered her, pushed and shoved her into a cinder block wall, and screamed at them. Her reaction was to punch all three of the attackers and run forward. Then, two other girls jumped in by dragging her across the room on the floor by her hair, slamming her against another wall, punching her in the face, neck, back, and head a total of 13 times. Then, the attackers pushed her to the floor. My sisters body went limp. They kicked her in the stomach, in the legs, in the head, and then in the face before backing up. They screamed and got close again, and as my sister attacked they approached even closer, prompting my sister to hit one of the girls. Then, after the hit, all five of them pushed her down and started brutally kicking her more. It’s a fucking nightmare. the fight ended. The school is claiming mutual combat, which seems incredibly false. If anyone is willing to, please help my family and I. She is in the hospital right now, getting several scans as she’s in an unresponsive yet functioning state. They ripped off her fake nails, ripped out her earrings leading to literal slits in her ears, she has bloody bruises everywhere. Please help
