How to bounce?
I’m 39 weeks and have been bouncing on the yoga ball. I was wondering how should I sit while bouncing? Legs open for sure but sit more on my vagina or more on my rear if that makes since. Or more leaning forward or more backwards? Bounce hard or soft? Any tips would help!!
