New to OPK'S

I've struggled with pregnancy this last year. We lost baby #3 back in August, then had a chemical pregnancy in November. I decided to use glow again as it helped after my ectopic in 2017, (along with preseed) year later we had our daughter. I've never used OPKs but I do know my CM and Basal Temp. My temp has gone up nearly a half a temp, CM is egg white and getting heavier. Per Glows prediction I should be high. I started testing opk a few day's ago once a day just to see how they work. My question is should I test twice a day now or wait? They've been very faint.
