Should I go back to the hospital/ER? Or what do I do?

26 weeks, high risk. I had a preemie and they never determined the cause. Last Tuesday I got diagnosed with a very severe bladder infection when I went into the ER for stomach pains. (I had just gotten over covid and that’s what my doctor said to do). They gave me IV antibiotics, sent in a prescription and sent me home to follow up with my OB. Since then, I had a gush of fluid and couldn’t tell what it was, the day I started my medicine. The next day, I had light bleeding all day. I called both high risk and “regular” OB what signs are red flags to go in for - neither of which were really any help. The only thing the high risk doctor said was that the medicine should kick in and the symptoms should wear off in a few days, to call on Monday if it wasn’t the case. Well it’s been 3 days and both my stomach and back are in a lot of pain and I feel a lot of vaginal pressure. To the point it hurts to walk. But I also don’t want to spend all night at the ER for them to tell me there isn’t anything else they can do so idk what to do
