Possible ectopic? TW

Long story short I'm 6 weeks tomorrow with an FET IVF pregnancy. My hcg levels have been slow rising and have now plateaud, Dr is concerned for ectopic and is continuing to monitor me, I go back Wednesday to them (just learned of the plateau today after a 72 hours between BW). I'm currently having pressure In my pelvic/uterine area that feels like it's been building since I first felt it a couple hours ago. I also feel a throbbing sensation throughout my vagina, particularly the right side. Should I be looking to head to an ER soon or is this normal for MC.
