9dpo cramping after orgasm

Okay I know it may be tmi lol, but I’m only 9-10dpo and after me and my husband had intercourse and I orgasmed I had severe cramping right above my pelvic bone. Like lay down and a deeply breathe type of pain. I’ve went pee since it started and no blood or anything like that. I haven’t been cramping at all since that either. And after about ten minutes of relaxing the pain went down. It didn’t go away completely but now only hurts if I move a certain way but not nearly as bad as before. I never cramp this early before AF. I never have. I usually only cramp the day right before AF. And my period is always regular or only off by a day or two. Has anyone else had this happen? Do you know what it is or what causes it? Should I go to the doctor? Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
