Toddler foods
Hey everyone! So I have an autistic toddler who struggled with food for the longest time. When he finally started eating non purée foods it was basically only noodles he would eat, specifically small round noodles with spaghetti sauce. Now he can pretty much eat any food except bread, certain meats (will mainly eat chopped up hamburger meat), and things like gummy fruit snacks. My husband and I don’t really ever eat breakfast or lunch but I still feed my toddler those meals. My question is what are some typical quick and easy foods you will feed to your toddlers? It can be for any meals of the day! I’m starting to draw a huge blank on what to make for my son but he is getting tired of eating the same things all the time because he’s starting to not eat them or will throw them on the floor but then will eat chips or any other snack so I think he’s just ready for some variety. Also he’s non verbal so he can’t tell me what he wants even if I asked him! Thank you so much in advance!! 😊
