Placenta placement & 13 weeks scan

Hi mamas! Yesterday I had my 13 week ultrasound and he was waving as us and reaching out touching my stomach 🥺 confirmed it’s a boy as he was grabbing his penis already 😅 also is this a bump finally or do I just look bloated still

Lastly, I am a little concerned about my placenta placement. I was told it is posterior which means it’s in the back of my uterus. My doctor said I could have some spotting down the line and that she will keep an eye on it.I should’ve asked her but is this something to worry about? Any other mamas had a posterior placenta and was ok?
