After Depo & progesterone

Hello ladies

I got my first and only depo shot on July 11, and immediately around the time for my second shot, I started bleeding. I didn’t go back and since the end of October, I have been having completely brown periods. This month, about a week before I started bleeding, I had thick clear discharge come out and then I had some dry cm here and there. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process of getting my body back to normal and prepare it to become pregnant?

I have an appointment scheduled with my OBGYN this week but just need some extra feedback.
