Ectopic pregnancy?

My periods have been regular for the last three years. I track for ovulation (temp and opk tests) with the Flo app it’s consistent every month with me tracking everything. I ovulated on day 15 (Jan 5th) And started my period on day 24 (jan 15) I’m usually a 28/29 day cycle so I was a bit surprised when I started so early (early for me). Now I’m having light cramps and feeling a tingling pulling feeling in my lower abdomen the last two days. Does anybody know if this could be an ectopic pregnancy?
