Vagina pain & Other Symptoms ☹️ 34 weeks

I’ve been feeling a dull pain in my lower back and soreness under my belly and sides. My vagina also feels bruised super bad. Like I rode a horse 😂. I’ve been losing my mucus plug the past few weeks. Baby is due March 9th but is weighing early for Feb 28th. Anyone feeling the same? Got any tips or tricks to ease the pain? I had my first baby at 36 weeks 3 days, I’m expecting this baby to possibly come early. 34 weeks tomorrow. Do you think these are signs labor is near? I also had diarrhea this morning which is super rare for me this pregnancy, I’ve been constipated this whole time taking laxatives from the doctor.
