Leave of absence at Amazon

So I work at Amazon and I made a leave of absence on the 16th because I was feeling sick and I don’t know if I had caught covid. You have to stay inside for two weeks so I did that. I just took a covid 2 days ago and I got my results back and it was negative. I’m supposed to go back to work on Monday but every time I check my status it says pending. I tried calling the line but it’s been saying there busy and to call back have anyone experienced this before and how do I fix this
