Help birth control help
I just had my annual exam with my doctor, and it they seriously recommend I take a break of my Depo Provera birth control injection. I have been on it for the last six years and I’m starting to have side effects of low libido, estrogen, and vaginal dryness.
He suggested that I do the IUD as an alternative. Does anybody have any experiences with an IUD ?
