For me statistics and facts help. If i start thinking about something worriesome, I remind myself facts.

I try to remember that I can’t change whatever may or may not be happening and adding stress won’t help. It sometimes helps 🤷🏼‍♀️ other times breathing and doing the out breath like your blowing candles helps. Or a hug from a loved one.
