Did I ovulate on on Jan 24th? CD13
I’m very new to temping BBT this is my first month trying it. I honestly really don’t know how it works 😳 that was the first time (and only time so far) my temp spiked. My plan is to just BD every day of my fertile window.
I’ve included a pic of my OPK for Jan 24th; Jan 25th looked the same.
Not sure if this is relevant but temp was taken at around 8:30am and OPK was taken around 4:00pm.
