So I’m currently 22 weeks and 1 day and my underwear have been soaked. I don’t know if it’s normal discharge or amniotic fluid. I have been having Braxton hicks contractions. Anyone else going through this? Losing my mind a bit. Lol.

Following! I’m 22+5 and find I’m wearing a panty liner or changing my underwear several times a day. I don’t think it’s amniotic fluid, but soooo much white watery discharge.

It's probably just discharge, but if you are concerned you can go get it tested. I know it might sound weird, but amniotic fluid smells sweet, so as much as you might not want to, give it a wiff.
