Could I be pregnant?

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend last month and now my period is 15 days late and my cycle is over 60 days now

. I was getting cramps last week and thought it was my period but I never got it. I took 4 pregnancy tests and 2 came out negative ,the other two came out positive. I was also getting sick on Sunday morning and havnt been feeling well the last few days. I’m getting light spotting of blood also and idk what could be causing this but when I looked it up it said I could be pregnant. Are these signs that I’m definitely pregnant or could it be something else and I’m overthinking it?
