8 week mmc

I’m so so so sad .. went in to my first ultrasound appointment with my child only to find out my baby had no heart beat along with no blood flow to it. I was supposed to be measuring 9 weeks but instead the baby stopped growing at 8+2 😞 my husband and I tried for 8 long long dreadful months and come to find out at the appointment we miscarried … I feel so so hopeless and helpless and worthless … I’m so sad and feel so empty my D&C is tomorrow in the morning and I’m so sad
