Bleeding but ok?

I had a scary day. I’m 11 weeks today. I went to the bathroom at work around 9:45 and when I wiped there was a lot of brown blood. I called the dr to tell them and they had me come in for an emergency ultrasound. The ultrasound showed baby kicking and turning all around with a heart rate of 178. After the ultrasound, the nurse called to say that everything looks fine and they can’t see where the bleeding is coming from. However, I’ve continued having brown and some streaks of red … naturally I’m still freaking out! I happen to have my first dr appointment in the morning so I’ll be asking all the questions. Has this happened to anyone else ?
