No period for 3 months but not pregnant? Help!!!

Okay so I was having bad side effects from the pill (tri femynor) and I went off of it at the end of October 2021 (took the placebo pills and had a period then, but didn’t start a new pack so had 4 days of withdraw bleeding a few days after). I also got my second COVID shot at the beginning of October and I’ve heard that the shot may affect cycles some. But anyone, since then I haven’t had any bleeding and I’ve taken 4 pregnancy tests an all are negative. My boyfriend and I (long-term so if I’m pregnant it’s okay) have had unprotected sex since I went off the pill. I’m just very confused and I’m not sure when/if I should go to my gyno because of this. Any advice is appreciated!!
