3 months postpartum and no period?

Hi ladies so I’m 3 months postpartum and I haven’t gotten a period and I’m not breastfeeding. I did take a pregnancy test but it was negative, but even then we use a condom so there really no high possibility of being pregnant. Another thing is that I’m super hungry all the damm time😩 I get bad hunger pains. Any experiences? Opinions??

3 months post partum as well. Unable to breastfeed. Unfortunately I'm part of the 5% that actually has IGT. I forget what week but I had brown spotting for a week. Then 2 weeks of nothing. Then another week of spotting. Then 2 weeks of nothing. And finally last week I had my first real period since giving birth. Not sure when to expect my next one because it's all messed up. With my daughter I had my periods back at 6 weeks post so this is all new to me.

I am also 3 months postpartum and breastfeeding… no  periods , I haven’t checked pregnancy test … can I trigger my 1st month period Of Pp by taking dhuphastan tablets ? (Took this tablet before ) any suggestions!?
