Hello ladies, please share your experience and opinions on this, I'm a bit anxious. Long story short: TTC for 1 year with PCOS on my side, 1% morphology and 21% sperm DNA fragmentation on his side; had a chemical in December after HSG and decided to start <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> in February. Doctor prescribed Letrolozole for 5 days and then trigger shot. I do ovulate on my own on a monthly basis so my concern now is, is there a risk of multiple pregnancy and how many of you have experienced it? I don't want to sound ungrateful, but I'm being realistic and know I am not able to handle 2 or multiple babies at the same time. Also very conscious that given my husband's quality of sperm, I'm very optimistic to even think about this possibility, it's still in the back of my mind though...thoughts?
