Back pain
My back has been an issue ever since I was pregnant and now still after birth I did get an epidural but it went smoothly and I didn’t think it’d effect me. Now I can barely stand for 5 min with out feeling it and I wake up and my whole back feels sore. Breast feeding hurts my back too 😩what do I do
