When do I start counting for ovulation?
I miscarried at 7 weeks 5 days pregnant. But I started spotting at 7 weeks. When trying to understand my ovulation prediction, when should I count as the first day of my period? The first day of spotting? Or the day of the actual miscarriage?
Any help would be super appreciated.
