How bad did it hurt to pass a miscarriage at 6 weeks?

I was suppose to be 9 weeks but I have a blighted ovum pregnancy. I want to opt for a natural miscarriage this time. I had d&c last time I had a mc and it was horrible recovery. How bad was the pain of a early miscarriage

Tbh the worst part in my opinion is just the cramps as u miscarry they were basically the worst cramps I'd ever felt and ive been in labour 3 times 
Passing the baby was the easiest part u feel a bit of pressure and then something comes out but that might be just me I only had cramps for the first day of my miscarriage and then the pain just went didnt pass baby until 4 days later

Every miscarriage is different. When I miscarried naturally (baby stopped growing at 6+2) it was very intense. I bled a lot and passed a lot of large clots. I ended up passing out twice because I was lightheaded from losing so much blood in a short time. I remember most of the day feeling like period cramps, but then later on when I was closer to passing the sac it felt more like mild labor pains and back pain.  It was over in 24 hours, but definitely took me a day or so to recover. I just miscarried again (baby stopped growing at 8+2). I waited 8 days to see if it would happen naturally, but I never even started spotting. I decided to try the pill next. It wasn’t very effective for me. I did one round myself which induced cramping and light period like bleeding. I passed a couple tiny clots, but that was it. I knew it hadn’t worked so on the 2nd day I called my dr. She administered another dose of medication. Again it caused some cramping and more bleeding, but never any clots like my first miscarriage. 24 hours after the 2nd dose of medicine I passed the sac, but still not a lot of tissue. At my follow up appointment my ultrasound still showed clots and placental tissue so I ended up opting for a d&c to clear the rest. The d&c was easiest for me (maybe the sac already being passed had something to do with it). It went very smooth and I felt fine after (no bleeding after about 2 hours and cramping was much lighter than my period). I think everyone’s experience is unique. Some people told me a natural miscarriage was like a heavy period. For me it was not. It was so much more intense/traumatic. I’ve heard the pills caused tons of bleeding and cramps worse than labor. That was not the case for me and they were effective in the long run. Do what you feel most comfortable with.

Mines were a bit stronger than period cramps but not as as bad as contractions. I had a miscarriage at 6&7 weeks but once everything passed the cramping died down a few hours later

Well I had a blighted ovum and after 4 weeks I hadnt miscarried then tried the meds and that didnt work so I had no choice.

Everyone is different, I only had cramps comparable to a period. ☹️

I had one at 10 weeks, baby quit growing at 8 weeks. I had no pain with that one. I had one that I didn’t know I had yet, very very early and that one was like labor pains. I think each one is different

I had a 4 week which felt like a normal period. My 8 week hurt a bit worse because I had back spasm but after I passed, my body didn't hurt as bad. Then I had a 21 week stillborn that was full labor.
