Is it possible to have a healthy pregnancy if you don’t test positive before 13DPO?

I know it may sound ridiculous but I scared myself by going on Reddit and a few posts said a BFN would likely lead to miscarriage due to later implantation, how it’s impossible to rare to implant after 12DPO. I’m 13DPO, no AF, no BFP either and I guess I’m psyching myself out now and looking for others perspectives, stories, and maybe even more understanding on how implantation timing works.
