Help a girl out !!

Ok so I know this sounds crazy as I know you CANNOT have a period while pregnant…. BUT I am regularly 27-28 day cycles , I had my period on the 2nd of January which was correct but then on the 19th I also started again ( with NO cramping ) which is VERY unusual for me it was generally lighter as a period but I did need to use a tampon , I was suppose to originally be due AF tomorrow and I am also cramping today and yesterday! Basically my question is can implantation be heavy ?? Or did I really just have a 19 day cycle ? I cannot get out of my head Jesus I wonder should I take a test I have not been able to sleep the past week due to my anxiety raising so high which hasn’t happened in a good few months x any help girls would be honestly appreciated
