Blood in stool! Help!

I'm 6 weeks 4 days pregnant and this morning when I went to the bathroom I had blood when I wiped. There was no visible blood in the toilet or in/on my stool. But it was there when I wiped. I have never had this happen before and I was not constipated or straining at all. What do I do? Should I be concerned?
