Preconceive vitamins? Which one is best?

Hey Ladies

So I'm 34 I've been trying to conceive for 9 years. I had a Ds 10 years ago and haven't managed to have a second child yet. I'm heartbroken at this point, I'm willing to try ANYTHING!!! I've used pregnacare & conceive + and no luck after 6months plus taking them.

I really don't understand temperature checking, I've just about figured out LH tests 🙃 😅

Ladies I don't know what to do... I couldn't have more baby dancing if I tried not that DF minds at all lmao 🤣 😂

Any help would be wonderful 😊
