33 weeks

I had sex around four today and then later around 7 I had tiny gush when I pushed my hips toward ( I think it was pee haven’t had anymore) but I just used the bathroom and have vvf pink discharge. Light cramping more In my ovary area but nothing crazy and I’ve had Braxton hicks but I think it was more from standing too long when I was cooking. Just need some reassurance. I did call my doctor but he said unless I feel another gush or start having contractions to wait it out.
