HIV antibodies

So I recently got tested for everything and my results for everything came back negative but my doctor told me they found HIV antibodies in my blood (which means I was exposed to it) does that mean I have it? I get my results back Monday, but I’ve been sick to my stomach I’ve been so anxious thinking about it. I really need some type of answer Monday is so far away. Has anyone had hiv antibodies and no hiv?
