Trying to avoid pregnancy-
Currently eight weeks postpartum
CM changed to egg white the day after we weren’t “careful”.
Cervix is low.
I haven’t started having periods again but two midwives have told me you generally ovulate before your first PP period. Thoughts?
Is it for sure ovulation?
