Help I got mastitis 😩😩

I’m in so much pain with a fever 99.8 everything hurts to touch and I can barely breast feed with out feeling like I’m getting stabbed. It hurts so bad that I had my brother drive me to the hospital while I was on the way there I called the on-call doctor and she told me that I need to pump all the milk out as soon as possible since I just noticed my symptoms about an hour ago of the fever So by that time the ibuprofen had kicked in and I felt 2% better and I came back home trying to pump because my baby is having a hard time lashing and she’s getting mad because I guess the milk flow isn’t as good as it normally is so it was hard to get her to latch then I couldn’t even find the plug to my price pump so I called a lactation specialist and they told me to fill my Hakko with Epson salt and warm water and I’m doing that now but what else should I do because it still hurts and my whole body is aching the pain is so bad I wanna cry but I have to take care of my baby please help anybody if you have any tips or tricks I’m also massaging with a washcloth & trying to hand express please tell me your experience and how long this pain is it gonna last or what I should do
